Welcome to the LEFARS Knowledge Base MediaWiki Page!!

Ellis 2E0EWM has made available logging software Cloudlog - an easy to use cloud-based logging program that is accessible from any browser with a Internet connection.

Weekly nets

There are two nets every week for those with 2M FM and/or digital radios.

  • 2m FM net. Every Wednesday 20:00 to 21:00 local on 144.725 MHz in the East London and SW Essex area.
  • Brandmeister talkgroup 23511 DMR net. Every Thursday 20:00 to 21:00 local. Also available to D-Star and C4FM/YSF users via the XLXLEF gateway (details here).

LEFARS website - diary of events

The LEFARS website includes the current events diary; this is kept up to date and also available as a Google Calendar link.

XLXLEF - LEFARS digital gateway

LEFARS members with DMR radios can communicate with other members using the Brandmeister talkgroup 23511 at any time. A personal hotspot is required or via a repeater like GB7HH.There is a weekly DMR net every Wednesday at 20:00 (local) .
